ONLINE COACHING

I get it.  It's hard to get into the best shape of your life when you can't be in physical contact with your coach.  That's why I'm making myself available online.  I'll stay on you worse than your insecure boyfriend or girlfriend.  There will be many excuses for why you can't get healthy.  Me not being available won't be one of them.

PERSONAL TRAINING

It's pretty simple.  We go to war together.  From weekly updated  workouts based on your progress to you providing me videos of your movements and lifts to ensure proper form, I will analyze every single muscle to make sure they are working towards your growth.
